14 Speed & Strength Sessions (Semi-Private 8 athletes)
Athletes must coordinate their schedules with Coach LoChiatto.
Many of your athletes do Olympic strength training as well. Strength training will occur at the hour immediately following your speed sessions. All training is semi-private 8 or less athletes per trainer. Don't hesitate to call or email with any questions.
