BRAD SIGUT attended the University of Richmond on a full football scholarship, playing both quarterback and linebacker positions. Graduated with an Education & Sports Science degree. Spent college summers training with Ron Matteucci and the Dallas Cowboys core Speed/Strength program.

Over twenty three years of experience training athletes from the amateur to professionals levels. Proud to have built one of the premier sports performance training centers of Western, PA. Honored to have an elite staff of six trainers providing year round private and semi-private training that will soon to be expanding to our second location in Latrobe, September of 2014.

Attended East Allegheny and was inducted to the 1987 Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame and High School Super Team, 1987 WPIAL Passing Leader with 1,818 yards, Member of the 1987 Football Fabulous 22 and Finest 44, Member of the 1986 Baseball Fab 22 East and Pittsburgh East All Stars.

Dann Varley

MS, CSCS, USAW, PES, NASE-Speed and Explosion Specialist: Director of Strength, Speed and Conditioning

COACH VARLEY holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Performance Enhancement from the University of California (PA) and is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, NASE Certified Speed and Explosion Specialist, and USA Olympic Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. Coach Varley has worked with the NFL's Green Bay Packers Strength and Conditioning staff and has developed and implemented power and speed programs as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the football, baseball, and softball Division I programs at Kent State University. He has recently been recognized for his training of the University of California (PA) championship football team that produced a record four All-Americans. Coach Varley's workouts will improve performance and help prevent injury as NSSA athletes train for their sport, and he is dedicated to taking everyone he trains to the next level to help them achieve their athletic goals.

Tim Tray

COACH TIM graduated from Slippery Rock with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. Tim was an NCAA All-American Pole Vaulter and five time National Qualifier. He is a 2003 Norwin graduate who was a multi-sport athlete, All State Track Team and 2003 Pittsburgh Post Gazette East Athlete of the Year. Tim thrived under the tutelage of his father who has been coaching Track and Field at Norwin for the past thirty years. Tim knows the hard work and dedication that it takes to become one of the best in the country at what you do. Athletes flourish under the direction of Coach Tray.
